The Blog Fairy's Blunder

Once upon a time, there was a Blog Fairy who flitted around blogger.com and sprinkled her fairy dust on the blogs she deemed the worst - because her fairy dust made them mess up! Lost links, blurry photos, misspellings and bad grammar were her favorite brands of havoc to wreak.

One day, this fairy decided that she just didn't appreciate being ignored the way Bekah had. It had been so long since she last posted a blog that the fairy took it personally. She whipped out her wand and went to work one night ... and lo and behold! Bekah's computer had to be re-serviced because of all the damage!!

Pursing her lips, Bekah did the only thing the Blog Fairy hadn't counted on: she pulled out the laptop! The Blog Fairy gaped in horror as the words spilled from Bekah's fingers, revealing the story of the mean things she had done for everyone to see!

She couldn't undo the damage she had done - nor would she if she could - and she couldn't stop Bekah from blogging once more on the laptop, but slowly a smile spread across her face as she realized that her revenge had indeed taken its toll: Bekah did not have any pictures to upload from the laptop!!

Chagrined by this realization, Bekah apologized for spreading the story of the Blog Fairy. The Fairy, in turn, apologized for her computer havoc. Together they worked out an agreement, whereby the Blog Fairy wouldn't care how long Bekah went without blogging, provided she did so at least once per month, and Bekah wouldn't tell of any more of the Blog Fairy's bad deeds.

And they lived wordily ever after.
